CP12 Landlord Certificates

If you are a landlord you should already be aware of your obligations to have every gas appliance safety checked and certified annually. Both you and your tenant must hold a valid copy of the gas certificates. Remlap Heating can safety check all your gas appliances; this is known as a 'CP12'. This is a safety inspection only and will not require any repair of maintenance work to be carried out.
